  2. Right to Refuse Service: If any Aceshigh Paintball field manager or staff member believes that an individual is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or controlled substances, they will be refused entry or asked to leave the premises.
  3. Group Liability: If a member of a group is turned away due to being under the influence, the person who made the booking will be liable for the full payment of any players refused participation.
  4. No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for individuals or groups denied participation due to violation of this policy.

4. Online Booking

All bookings must be made online through our website. A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking. By booking, you agree to the following conditions:

  1. No Deposit Required: No upfront deposit is required to secure a booking.
  2. No-Show Fee: If your group does not attend the scheduled booking without notifying us, a no-show fee of NZD $100 will be charged to the provided credit card.
  3. Definition of a No-Show: A no-show is defined as failure to attend your booking without prior notice. Notification can be made through our booking system, email, or a direct phone call.
  4. Changes and Cancellations: It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any cancellations or changes to their booking to avoid the no-show fee.

5. Payment Security

Aceshigh Paintball outsources all payment processing to Stripe, which is fully PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant. All payment data entered via our website is encrypted and processed securely. Aceshigh Paintball does not store or have access to your credit or debit card information.

6. Cookies
